Q: While using the Data Upload and the API calls I was not able to change the status of a "Booked" agreement to "Cancel"?

A: For better tracking and in order to keep the proper audit Trail, a "Booked" agreement cannot be changed to "Cancelled" directly. Setting a "Booked" agreement status to "Cancelled" requires two steps:
1- The user has to first update the agreement's status to "Draft"
2- Using another API call or upload, set the agreement status to "Cancelled"
